We are now at the point of paying the final bills for the construction of our new home. My computer tells me that you have completed the job at a total cost some $10,000 under the cost breakdown furnished me at the time the construction contract was signed. I think this is remarkable in the uncertain economic times we are experiencing.
This has been accomplished without sacrificing quality in any way—in fact, many things were upgraded, so we ended up with a better product than the plans specified. We have received only plaudits from those who have visited the house.
